Due to the nature of our products (incense sticks and cones), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.culturebeauty@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for verified cases.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
